SUPPORT POLICY

The buyer can only create a support ticket, if goods purchased - and already paid for- in the marketplace have not been delivered after 72 hours. In addition to this, ogbomosomarket.com would contact the seller to ascertain the reason or reasons as the case may be.

If in turn, the transaction can no longer be completed, ogbomosomarket.com would contact the buyer to create a refund ticket and the buyer would be expected to do so in accordance to our Refund Policy.
